Full off-site pre-casting of new PCC units, with supervision, management of all aspects including QA/QC, delivery and install - preparing for the in-situ stitches to be poured
Bridge 8 - New Soffit
Maintenance free for many years the new soffit and abutment beams all in pre-cast concrete
Bridge 8 - Waterproofing and Finishes
Water proofing being completed prior to re-opening the railway. Full pre-cast bridge to replace obsolete steel structure

Great Central Railway - Bridge 341
HERITAGE RAIL BRIDGE REPLACEMENT
Full service - supervision and management of the installation, pre-casting operation, design liaison, specialist contractor selection and supervision
ELEMENTS
Management and supervision of the off-site pre-casting of new PCC units, associated logistics, installation using SPMT, back of deck drainage, water-proofing, refurbishment of heritage parapet and design liaison throughout

Bridge 341 Replacement
Old steel out and new, maintenance free pre-cast deck installed within 2 days.
Existing heritage lattice parapet was recovered, restored and installed on the new pre-cast to add to the heritage appeal, along with cast heritage panels in the pre-cast upstand walls
Out with the old and in with the new
A specialist SPMT unit lifted and removed the old steel bridge and removed it back to the laydown area where the new, pre-assembled pre-cast deck was then picked up and transported by to the "gap" and installed

By understanding the client's own capabilities, their own equipment can be used for elements of work to lower the overall cost of the scheme as here on Bridge 341
